Event-Driven Video Wall Visualization, Collaboration and Mobility Software Tailored to Meet the Operational Needs of Utility and Electric Companies
Activu Corporation will demonstrate its proven approach to video wall visualization, collaboration and mobility solutions at two conferences next month in Albany, New York: the EMMOS Users Conference being held September 7-10 and the OSIsoft T&D User Conference being held September 10-12.
During the vendor showcases, Activu will showcase the company’s visualization and collaboration software that helps utility and energy companies to more easily monitor and manage their operations by enabling the easy distribution and visualization of critical operational information across their organizations.
With Activu’s software, grid operators can dynamically display and distribute visual information on utility command center video display walls, on mobile screens, at local sites, between sites and in the field: multiple SCADA views, Geospatial Information Systems (GIS), OMS, DMS, data network monitoring systems, work orders, etc. These dynamic visuals, alongside video feeds from security cameras, weather monitors and news feeds, result in a common operating picture and significantly improve situational awareness, mission-critical decision making and response levels.
In addition to participating in the vendor showcases, Activu will be presenting at the EMMOS Users Conference. John Stark, Activu’s Vice President of Product Management, will be speaking during a session on video wall visualization.
